Built around trust
We don't hide security in footnotes. Here is exactly what we do to keep your family's conversations and information private.
Every device has a unique key issued at setup. Caregivers and contacts are added by you, verified by the platform. Nobody uninvited can call in, view the screen, or send anything to the device.
All voice and video calls use DTLS-SRTP — the same encryption standard used by WhatsApp and FaceTime. Your conversations travel through an encrypted channel and are never recorded or stored.
SimpleDial is a product you pay for, not a platform that monetises your family's data. We do not sell, share, or use your information for advertising — now or in the future.
The kiosk is locked down at the operating system level. It cannot install apps, visit websites, or change settings. There are no surprises — only what you set up in the companion app.
Request full data deletion at any time through the app or our website. Device activity logs are automatically erased after 30 days. Voice messages expire on a schedule you control.
Designate one person as the account owner. Add co-caregivers with the exact level of access you want. Everyone in SimpleContact can only receive calls — nothing else.
